Fits: General Foam, Empire, Union, TPI & Grand Venture
 
This backplate was designed to accept either the General Foam/Empire style A19 light fixture with the flat metal connection plate, or the TPI/Grand Venture A19 light fixture with the bent metal screw in connection.  
 
The plate has the two screws holes and the plastic tab holder, allowing you to use one or two screws to attach to the blowmold.
